AUCTION UPDATE
Our save the date cards were recently distributed. We hope that in addition to the time and items you have donated, you will also consider attending the event as well! It will be a lovely evening with family, friends, parishioners, faculty and staff. Not to mention the yummy food and great items up for bids!! Invitations will be coming out soon. Please feel free to include any family or friends you think would enjoy this evening with you. Tables seat 8 and you can reserve an entire table!!

This year we are trying something new…the Whiskey and Wine Pull. Information will be out soon, as well as a sneak peak at some baskets and info on our raffle items! We are in need of donations for our whiskey and wine pull. Any donations are appreciated!!! Please send to the office or contact any of us on the committee and we would be happy to pick up your items.

We are reaching out to our school and parish families to also help secure donations for baskets, advertising space donations for our event program and any sponsors as well! All members of the committee will be happy to help utilize any value of donation so please; nothing is too small or too large!!

Our class basket donations are also currently underway so please send in your donations as soon as possible so our class basket chairs know exactly how much money they can build up their baskets with and have plenty of time to do so! Our class baskets are a great way to raise money and we certainly appreciate any contributions!

We will have a meeting in the evening on Sept 27th so if you would like to attend or if you are volunteering for the auction in any way, please come! Time/place TBD!
Happy Friday and thank you again!

SCRIP
The school office carries a variety of scrip cards and can order almost anything. Go to www.glscrip.com or www.shopwithscrip.com for the complete list. The school receives different percentages back on each card purchased. If you know you’ll be shopping at a specific store (ie shopnsave, etc) or dining at a specific restaurant (ie olive garden, etc), or paying your store charge (ie kohl’s, etc), please think about purchasing them from school. Thanks for your support!

SCHNUCKS E-SCRIP CARD: If you don’t have one, contact the school office and we will get one to you. You only have to have them scan it at the time of your checkout – That’s it! Pretty easy, isn’t it?
