SS Peter and Paul Catholic School

Dear Parents,

It is hard to believe that this Sunday, Palm Sunday, begins Holy Week. Since Ash Wednesday, students have been going to Adoration and Stations. Attending with the students has been a very prayerful experience. The reverence of prayer and quietness with the beautiful singing has made Lent for me this year a touching experience.

Our seventh grade students presented their Live Stations to the parish last Wednesday evening. They are presenting them to the student body today. Below are some of the scenes from the Living Stations. Thank you seventh grade from making Jesus’ Love Story to us come to life.

Congratulations to Joanne P for winning the K of C State Championship Free Throw Contest last Saturday. She made 22 out of 25 baskets. Super job, Joanne!

Rosary – Next Wednesday at 1 p.m., the students will be saying the Rosary in church. All are welcome to attend.

Dad’s Mass – If you have not turned in the form letting us know if Dad will be attending the Mass on May 1st please send it in. Thanks.

The Parish Office and School will not be open on Monday, April 22nd.

Lily J (pictured on the far left) won Second Place at the
Father McGivney Spelling Bee on Monday, April 8th.
Congratulations for a job well done!

Congratulations to our Speech Participants at the
St. John Newman Speech Meet on Saturday, April 6th. We are so proud of you!
